¿Cómo se instala y utiliza la aplicación DX Light en un sistema Mac?

¿Por qué no cambia el color con la pantalla, aunque en el Mac ya se haya seleccionado el [Modo de pantalla igual] para esta aplicación?

1. Descargue e instale el paquete “DX Light”.

2. Después de la instalación, haga clic en [Launchpad] para abrirlo. Aparecerá una advertencia indicando que el software proviene de un desarrollador no confiable. Haga clic en “OK”.

3. Abra [Preferencias del sistema] – [Seguridad y privacidad] – [General].

4. En “Permitir aplicaciones descargadas de”, verá “DX Light”. Seleccione “Permitir (Abrir)”.

5. En [Seguridad y privacidad], busque la opción [Privacidad] – [Grabación de pantalla] – Haga clic en el botón “+” en la parte derecha debajo de la barra de aplicaciones, busque y agregue “DX Light”. Confirme.

6. Reinicie “DX Light” desde el Launchpad.

Nota: El permiso de [Grabación de pantalla] solo se utiliza para obtener datos de color. No existe un backend en la nube, no se recopilan ni suben datos, y no hay riesgo de exposición de información. Puede usarlo sin preocupaciones.

El rayo de luz no ilumina, aunque todo esté conectado. ¿Está defectuoso?

Probablemente suministro de energía insuficiente. Intente con una fuente de alimentación de 5V/2A. La tira debería iluminarse también sin software en el “Modo Fantasía”.

Los colores en el modo de sincronización de pantalla están invertidos.

Dirección de instalación incorrecta. La tira debe instalarse de derecha a izquierda detrás del monitor. Se necesita reinstalación.

Sin control mediante los botones del controlador en el modo de sincronización de pantalla.

Normal. El software envía señales de forma continua. Salga del modo de sincronización para el control manual. Otros modos (Fantasy, Sound) se controlan mediante teclas.

El software indica “Dispositivo no reconocido”.

1. Se necesita conexión a Internet para la activación inicial.

2. Verifique si el puerto USB proporciona suficiente energía (5V, al menos 1A).

3. Intente otro puerto USB.
